Nara Space Technology has filed a securities registration statement for its KOSDAQ listing, offering 1.72 million new shares to raise 22.5–28.4 billion KRW, with an expected market capitalization of 150.9–190 billion KRW after listing.
Nara Space Technology has passed the preliminary review for its KOSDAQ listing. Targeting an IPO in the second half of 2025, the company plans to use the raised funds to build satellite constellations, establish mass-production systems, and expand overseas to strengthen its global competitiveness.
Nara Space developed the CubeSat K-RadCube and delivered it to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. Scheduled to ride on Artemis II in 2026, it will support the lunar mission by conducting radiation monitoring. The satellite was completed in just one year, meeting NASA’s safety standards for crewed flights.
