Interview
- ·You will meet with the team to discuss your past experiences, expertise, and problem-solving approaches.
- ·This typically involves 2-3 interviewers and lasts about an hour.
Decision
- ·Successful candidates will move to the offer stage.
- ·We will present a final offer based on your experience, skills, and current compensation, followed by a discussion on joining conditions.
Join
- ·Once the offer negotiation is complete, we will notify you of your final acceptance.
- ·We will then guide you through the start date and onboarding process to help you prepare for your new journey at Nara Space.

- ·Additional steps like coding tests or assignments may be required depending on the role.
- ·Disqualification for overseas travel may result in hiring restrictions.
- ·Any false information provided during the application process may lead to the cancellation of your offer or employment.
- ·Postings without a specific deadline may close early once a suitable candidate is found.
- ·A 3-month probationary period applies to full-time hires, during which 100% of the salary is provided.
